Romuald Rutkowski |
He is a graduate of Warsaw University, Department of Mathematics,
Physics and Information Technology. While studying, he worked on
designing and executing university IT systems. He also studied at Lund
University (Sweden) and Humboldt University (Germany), took part in an
internship in a company dealing with elaborating software in Vienna
(Austria) and in the Computation Institute of the Hungarian Academy of
Science in Budapest (Hungary). In 1988 he established Simplex and in 2000 - Softlab. For seven years he was a partner and a member of the Board in Softlab. In 2006, he introduced the company into Asseco Capital Group. Since June 1, 2007, he has been the President of the Board in Asseco Business Solutions. |

Wojciech Barczentewicz Vice-President of the Board | Mr.
Barczentewicz is a graduate of High School of Art in Nałęczów and
completed “Management 2000” managerial skills development program in
Canadian International Management Institute. In the years of 1988-1990 he conducted his own company. Between 1992 and 1993 he was Managing Director of Edmar company and in the years of 1993-1994 he was Managing Director of Sewo-Bau. Since 1991 he was a co-partner and director of Anica System. Both companies worked in the area of exporting goods to Germany. In 1995 he became President of Management Board in Anica System company and was responsible for Strategic Management. Since 9 October 2008 he has been Vice-President of Management Board in Asseco Business Solutions. |

Piotr Masłowski Vice-President of the Board | Mr.
Masłowski graduated from Lublin University of Technology, Department of
Electronics. In the years of 1996-1997 he completed Diploma in
Management Post-Graduate Studies at the University of Central
Lancashire (Great Britain). In 1999 he obtained Master of Business
Administration at the University of Central Lancashire. In 1992 he became an assistant in the Department of Computer Science at the Lublin University of Technology. In 1993 he was appointed Commercial Director in Anica System company. Since 1995 he has been Vice-Chairman of the Management Board in Anica System. He is responsible for activities related to product policy and commercial strategy. On 9 October 2008 he has been appointed Vice-President of the Management Board in Asseco Business Solutions. |
