New funcionalities in Asseco WAPRO for SMEs

The suite of applications for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, Asseco WAPRO, has obtained new, advanced items of functionality, their aim being to enhance business processes in enterprises that already use or intend to purchase the system. Updates and novelties are to be found in all products available in the Asseco WAPRO family of applications.

October this year saw the release of the long-awaited update pack for the software of Asseco WAPRO brand. The functional changes covered all systems, from the simplest invoicing tools, through warehouse management and sales applications to finance and accounting or HR and payroll.

A simultaneous release of such an inclusive update pack means that users can go on with the software update/replacement safely and efficiently. The latest product versions at hand, not to mention additional functionality, promise facilitated access to consecutive software builds that keep abreast with the ever-changing rules and regulations and offer full access to professional technical assistance.

Asseco Business Solutions have also unveiled the new version of WF-Mag Mobile 2, intended to manage mobile workforce and sales points operations off-line. A novelty of rejuvenated WF-Mag Mobile 2 is the versatility of hardware platforms supported by the system; it is capable of working on both PDAs, smartphones running on Windows Mobile, as well as being installed on standard desktop computers, laptops and smaller netbooks with Microsoft Windows. Compatibility of WF-Mag Mobile 2 with fiscal and standard printers supported by Windows enables an easy configuration for both mobile personnel and an outlet; in either case, on-line data interchange with the company's HQ is possible. The application can be run on touch-screen devices, regardless of the software platform. At the same time, the software can be freely manipulated by hotkeys and keyboard shortcuts which significantly facilitate and accelerate operations on touch-screen hardware.

The new version of WF-Analizy for creating quick, comprehensive and dynamic analyses, is now fitted with a modern analytical browser, permitting individual analysis and report matching to accommodate various users' needs. The product builds on the Asseco WAPRO-developed multi-dimensional reference analyses; they can be used to prepare personalized and user-sensitive information breakdowns of financial and sales data. Having that, companies may smoothly and quickly diagnose market trends and risks. WF-Analizy can work with MS Office, but basically, thanks to a number of embedded tools, all of its functions can be accessed independently. Once ready, analyses may be exported in many popular formats, e.g. XLS, DOC, PDF, HTML, and more. By furnishing data indispensable for a reliable analysis of the condition of an SME sector enterprise, the system is a perfect supplement to all Asseco WAPRO-branded applications.
