Asseco HR system is an advanced tool providing comprehensive support for all areas of the employer - employee relationship. The application supports either managing of human resources or enables to calculate payrolls and generate tax statements, accounting & HR lists and reports.

The application is built on a robust foundation that ensures compliance with applicable laws, yet has a wide range of configuration tools and parameters that permit customization to meet the individual client's needs.


The idea of the system is rested on nine pillars that give a maximum working comfort in terms of functions and ergonomics.

 

The Asseco HR system is:

 

  • Integrated. All system modules are integrated. The entire system, i.e. all its functional modules operate on a shared database. All modules are managed by the same executable file, and the system functionalities that the used will be able to exploit are determined in the user's rights given by the system administrator. 
  • Based on a modern and high-performance database Microsoft SQL Server®. The Microsoft database platform has for several years already led the way among database tools most frequently used in corporations. This is confirmed by test results of an independent TPC organization whose rankings show (over a number of years) the best value/performance ratio and speed of transactions achieved by MS SQL Server.
  • Secure. Asseco HR is fitted with dual mechanisms of data security. First, the standard mechanisms of MS SQL Server platform. Second, the internal mechanism of access rights to particular system functions, areas of processed data and even individual, selected fields in the records.
  • Multi-modular. The system can serve companies of various sectors and dissimilar profile of activity (see Reference). It consists of several dozens of functional modules covering all areas substantially related to personnel management.
  • Flexible. Customizable, expandable and scalable. Asseco HR gives the client a unique opportunity of unassisted development of the programme's functionalities.
  • Analytical. Asseco HR possesses immense capacity for data analysis both through pre-defined reports and dynamic report generators, through which the user (not IT personnel) can define the layout and content of reports. A noteworthy feature is also the option of full integration with the Microsoft Office applications.
  • Conforming to the applicable accounting rules and regulations, the Accounting Act, the regulations governing the National Insurance and the provisions of the Labour Code.
  • Open. It enables electronic exchange of information with banks and exporting to the Płatnik programme. It uses the technology for electronic exchange of documents (EDI: Electronic Data Interchange).
  • Multi-business. One shared database can be open to different companies (the offer to Capital Groups or accountancy offices). Also consolidation relationships can be defined between businesses sharing the same HR platform.
  • Multilingual.
