Asseco Safo HR is a next-generation solution designed for personnel management. It ensures comprehensive support for the work of the HR department in both hard and soft human resources management. The application can operate independently or as a component of Asseco Safo ERP. Developed in line with latest technology, it promises smooth processing of data with prompt access to any of the collected information, as well as the option of multifarious analyses involving complex filtering and freely definable sheets. They can be configured either by the consultants - the system designers, or by the user's qualified staff.

Recording of complete personal data in a form and quantity sufficient to perform both internal analysis and to generate appropriate documents for National Insurance, Inland Revenue, Central Statistical Office, National Health Fund, National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund, etc. Data of volatile nature is recorded in its dates of validity, so its full history is maintained. The programme generates all basic personnel documents and permits the user to draw up definable sheets and breakdowns based on a list of all recorded personnel data
