Asseco Safo Retail offers a professional management of sales processes, even in extensive and elaborate sales chains.

Comprehensive management of sales documents
Asseco Safo Retail facilitates inventory management by opening the possibility of issuing any document related to revenues and expenses, such as: receipt, VAT invoice (with or without taxation). The customer may also receive a VAT invoice for previously collected receipts. All of the above documents may be corrected if necessary.

Flexible pricing policy
Asseco Safo Retail enables flexible pricing policy based on the study of the specific market, character of pre-defined groups of outlets, as well as individual sales facilities. The solution-driven activities include: price setting, specific forms of promotion, loyalty programmes - all based on the sales analysis conducted at the head office. The system-internal module may generate any price labels, advertising, etc.

Full customer service
Asseco Safo Retail contains a module simplifying the complaint process. It supports both external complaints reported by customers and internal ones registered by outlets and concerning suppliers. The automation of the complaint process economizes time and minimizes the risk of errors.

Enhanced cooperation with suppliers
Asseco Safo Retail materially improves any collaboration with suppliers. The system regularly examines the current level of sales within the chain, availability of goods, seasonality, etc. Based on this data, orders are automatically generated and, after optional modification by the operator, sent to suppliers. Such an approach may reduce the effort associated with the preparation of orders and significantly diminishes the risk of errors.

Monitoring activities
The system may perform an ongoing monitoring of the sales chain through an elaborate reporting module. The scope of reports is user-defined. These may be both simple breakdowns of stock levels and extensive analyses of sales, product availability and rotation.

Data storage
The information critical for the outlet's activity is contained in three types of files:

  • product file - contains information on goods sold and their characteristics (such as VAT rates, PKWiU), prices, sales documents, inventory, units of measure, barcodes, labels, product groups
  • customer file and CRM - contains data on all clients and partners cooperating with the outlet
  • warehouse file - collects information about warehouses to be located in the outlets. This file can record both the data on actual and virtual storage.

Steady flow of information
The system is able to secure a two-way transfer of data packets: from the outlet to the head office and back. The packet arriving in the central system may include, for example, warehouse and sales document and information on issued cards. On the other hand, the head office prepares one common package intended for all outlets and containing incremental data. It is the system administrator who decides the type of sent data by means of appropriate registers. Data transmission can be either on-line or once a day, at the end of the work or defined to take place at specific intervals.

Simplified stocktaking
Asseco Safo Retail enables smooth complete and partial stocktaking (listing down a set of products). The stocktaking process can be automated if a portable terminal is used.
