CRM Insurance is a CRM class system that perfectly complements the basic, product-based insurance system by supporting the management of the sales process in an insurance company, in particular, pursued by a network of agents and brokers. The system offers a more efficient management of agents and brokers operating in the field; they are included in the company's knowledge system, so that it may benefit from their potential in the implementation of sales strategy.

 

On the one hand, for agents and insurance brokers the system opens regular access to data stored in the company's product system, streamlines document circulation and information exchange between the agent and the head office. On the other, the system allows the head office to schedule, commission and control sales performance of the entire network of agents. CRM Insurance is available for managers in the head office and in operational units, as well as for agents and brokers collaborating with the insurer (via a web-based applications run on desktops and notebooks).
