Mobile Assistance

The system Mobile Assistance is designed for distributed organisational structures responsible for the provision of assistance services. In addition, it can be successfully employed by mobile insurance claims adjusters. The system allows a thorough management of the provision of services (including assistance and concierge).

Mobile Assistance fully automates the processes of handling service requests or recurring objectives to be completed by field personnel. The available features of the application streamline the acceptance of orders (push-button transfer of orders to a mobile device), the arrival in the desired location (through liaising with mobile roadmaps), the recording and documenting of services (e.g. by attaching images from the scene to the service form).
