The users of the Asseco BS solutions can have access to the Client Zone, specially designed to enable remote communication with the company via a shared Help Desk Platform of Asseco BS. It is a fast and highly functional means of communication between Asseco Business Solutions and its Clients who are now able to register their requests and report issues related to the system operation from anywhere and any time.

Through this platform, the company can provide selected support services such as:

  • system operation assistance and recovery after failure
  • periodic conservation/maintenance for the application
  • respond to users' questions and requests


The Help Desk Platform maintains the entire history of contacts with each business partner (contractor), and thus allows for responsiveness and improves customer service. It is available to all users who have entered the comprehensive maintenance service agreement.

Moreover, the Client Zone is a gateway to the e-Documents archive.
